On behalf of the Leak, Lashley, and Ingram families, I would love to thank Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home for an exquisite experience with the cremation of my father. It was my first time planning a funeral, and the customer service received was impeccable. From the beginning whenever there was a call or question that needed answering, Mr. Lionel stepped in with quick-witted thinking and action. (To add, all of this was done, out of state.) When I came to pick up my father's cremains, the welcome exceeded what we had already felt. As a retired Veteran, my father would have been extremely elated with the overall service, he received from you all. Thank you so much, Mr. Lionel, Mrs. Eleanor, and the rest of the Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home family! We appreciate all of you for making this experience feel like home.

I love this funeral home and staff ! I want to recognize the young man you have there name Jaiden . He's definitely called for this profession and his mannerism is too tier!!! Keep thriving young man you're going places and you will have your own funeral home one day !! To the rest of the staff thanks for all you do for the city and surrounding areas ! People call the funeral home old school and not up to par but when it comes to presentation and making the loved ones look sleep and like themselves is what matters ! One thing I love about Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home is the little boy that works with them when I saw him at Mrs. Barcus funeral I saw the way he carry himself in the service it’s like he has been called by God to help comfort families in their time of need.
