It is with profound sorrow that the management and staff announces the passing of Ms. Sheila Jackson of Darlington. Ms. Jackson transitioned peacefully on Monday night, October 5, 2020 in McLeod Hospice House after an illness.
Funeral service is 12 noon on October 10, 2020 in Centerville AME Church, Hartsville. Interment will follow.

Ms. Sheila Renee Jackson was born in Darlington County on April 22, 1976 a daughter of Linda Ann Jackson and the late Anson McNeil. She departed this life on Monday, October 5, 2020 at McLeod Hospice House of the Pee Dee in Florence, SC after a short illness.
Sheila attended the Centreville A.M.E Church in Hartsville, SC. She lived her entire life in Darlington and worked as a Machine Operator at the Darlington Veneer.
Sheila was a loving and caring daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. She would always lighten up the room with her smile, personality and appearance. Her love for her nieces and nephews was out of this world. The love she shared with her mother was a special one. It was a bond that could not be broken.
Sheila was the life of every party. Someone who could always make the family laugh and smile regardless to whatever was going on or happening. She was a very unique person and totally outspoken; in such a way that made her brilliant.
Survivors left to cherish her memory are: her mother, Linda Ann Jackson of Darlington, SC; her siblings: Janice Ann Jackson, Marion Jackson, Alison Jackson and Anson McNeil, Jr.; her aunts: Mamie Lee Jackson and Christine Ray; nieces and nephews: Sherica Jackson, Jasmine Day, Qoneshia Jackson (Jason Smith, Jared Smith and Julia Smith), Brittany Jackson (Mykala Jackson, Katelyn Jackson and Cayson Jackson), Sherelle Jackson (Ava Jackson), Marion Jackson, Jr. (Marion Jackson and Maliyah Jackson), Marquez Jackson, Qumel Jackson, Caleb Jackson, Mel’loni Jackson and Malik Jackson; sister and brother-in-law and a host of cousins.
She was preceded in death by: her sister, Linda Ree Jackson.
