Ms. Mattie Ruth “Anna” Boyce

It is with profound sorrow that the management and staff of Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc. and members of the Boyce family announce the passing of Ms. Mattie Ruth Boyce of Darlington. “Anna,” as she was affectionately called, exchanged time for eternity on Friday, May 24, 2024, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC, following an illness. 

Graveside funeral service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Mt Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 3208 N Governor Williams Hwy, Darlington, SC. 

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the residence of a grandniece, Ms. Yolanda Wallace, 314 Farm St., Darlington, SC.
