It is with sorrow that the management and staff of Michell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc. announces the passing of Ms. Debra L. Troy. Ms. Troy expired on Sunday, July 5, 2020 in a Florence medical center.
The Troy family will have a private service.

Miss Debra Lynn Troy was born in Lamar, South Carolina a daughter of Beulah Moses Troy and the late Nathaniel Troy. She entered into her final resting place on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at McLeod Hospice House, Florence, SC.
She received her formal education in Westchester County, New York Public School System graduating from Yonkers High School in Yonkers, New York.
She was Guess Buyer Assistant Manager for more than 35 years.
Debra was a person with a great sense of humor who could make everybody laugh. She was a generous person to all her family and friends who was in need. Debra also loved her cats, they will truly miss her presence along with her family, neighbors and friends.
Those left to cherish her fond memory are: her mother, Beulah Troy; her grandmother, Mabelle Moses; her sister, Tina Troy, a niece, Tashara Troy; a nephew, Rayquan Troy; a grandniece, Demi Hayward; a grandnephew, Denim Haywood; eight aunts and uncles: Ernestine Moses, Albert Moses, Jimmy Moses, Linda Mingo, Kayann Eaddy, Tony Moses, Eunice Moses and Donnie Moses; a host cousins, other relatives and friends.
