Visitation for family and friends will be held daily at the home of a grand niece, Chevonda Moses, 637 First St, Darlington, SC.
Public viewing will be held 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2024, at Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, 612 S Main St, Darlington, SC.
Funeral service will be 12 PM noon Saturday November 9, 2024, at Lawson Grove Baptist Church, 3585 Lawson Grove Rd, Hartsville, SC. Interment will follow the service at Cherry Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Auburn School Rd, Darlington, SC.

Mrs. Sadie Mae Jacobs Muldrow was born on December 20, 1924 in Darlington, SC the second oldest of twelve children to the late Louie and Mary Davis Jacobs. She departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at her home in Wilmington, NC.
Sadie received her formal education in the Darlington County Public School System. She was united in marriage to the late Broadus Muldrow; this union was blessed with one son.
Sadie was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Wilmington, NC where she served as the Mother of the Church.
“Sate”, as she was affectionately called and loved, enjoyed doing yard work, singing all the time and also a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Broadus Muldrow; eight siblings: Theresa Jacobs Moses, Maybelle Moses, Lois McDaniel, Annie Laura Hudson, Wilhelmenia Daniels, James Jacobs, Bobby Jacobs, and Bennie Lee Jacobs.
Sadie leaves to cherish her precious and loving memories: her son, Hazel (Sarah ) Jacobs of Wilmington, NC; four siblings: Ms. Nora Brown of Greensboro, NC, Mrs. Mary Alice Abson of Salisbury, NC, Mr. Welsey Jacobs of Darlington, SC and Mr. Melvin Jacobs of Baltimore, MD; four grandchildren: Shawnette (Charles) Bullock, Eric Davis, Maxine Jacobs and Melissa Jacobs; four great grandchildren: Alicia Davis, Ayauna Davis, Jewel Gause and Kayla Davis; three great-great grandchildren: Armani Davis, Alahnia Davis and Qu’leem Robinson; an aunt, Goldie Davis of Darlington, SC; two brothers-in-law: Mr. Ervin Muldrow of Columbia, SC, and Mr. Woodrow McDaniel of Darlington, SC; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Jacobs of Darlington, SC; two godsons: Michael Robinson and Roger Sims both of Wilmington, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends which she cared for dearly.
