It is with heartfelt sorrow that the management and staff of Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc. and members of the Graham family share the transition of Mrs. Delores Wingate Graham of the Dovesville Community of Darlington County. Mrs. Graham exchanged time for eternity early Tuesday morning, July 4, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee following an illness.
Celebration of Life is 11:30am on Saturday, July 8, 2023 in Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Delores “Dee” Wingate Graham was born in Darlington County, South Carolina on August 1,1938 a daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Wingate, Sr. and the late Mrs. Ethel Jacobs Wingate. Mrs. Graham entered into her eternal rest Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence SC.
Mrs. Graham received her formal education in the Darlington County Public Schools. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age where she was baptized and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church until her health declined.
She was united in marriage to the late Mr. Sam Graham.
Mrs. Delores “Dee” Wingate Graham was a stay-at-home wife and loving mother who also assisted in management with the family businesses. She will always be remembered for her loving and caring ways.
Those left to cherish the many fond memories of Mrs. Graham are her children: Ruthphine (Henry S) Graham, Matthew (Michelle) Graham, Minister Kathleen (Johnny) Harkless all of Darlington, SC, Doris (John) Jackson of Hartsville, SC and Samuel (Ella) Graham of Darlington, SC; two step-daughters, Delores Porter and Mary Jackson; one grandson she reared as her own, Michael (Mia) Graham of Darlington SC; three devoted grandchildren: Terronica Graham, Matthew Graham Jr. and LaNiya Graham all of Darlington, SC; two devoted great-grandchildren: Kaden Graham and Mikayla Graham; two sisters: Betty McCall and Dora McCullough both of Darlington, SC; Dee leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Sam Graham; her son, Dino Graham; her parents, sisters and brothers.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held daily from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at 3412 Gee Money Drive, Darlington.
