Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.  In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.  I go to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.    John 14: 1-3

MR. MACK DUBOSE was born in Darlington County onDecember 03, 1950 to the late Major and Charlotte Coe DuBose. He entered into his eternal rest on Friday October 28, 2022. He was a resident of Oak Haven Nursing Center, Darlington, SC

He received his formal education in the Darlington County Public Schools. In his early years He attended Shiloh United Methodist Church and in his Later years he visited New Jerusalem Apostolic Church until he could no longer attend.

Mack (“Bill”) as he was affectionately called by his family and friends. He was a loving son, brother and family member.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He was preceded in death by six brothers: Major DuBose, Jr., Louise DuBose, Oscar B Dubose, Harold DuBose, Heyward Dubose, a brother at birth; and a sister Elouise Lide.

His favorite bible scripture was Psalms 23:1-6

1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mineenemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. KJV

Those left to cherish his memory are his many family members and friends.  When you feel down and start to miss him think on his favorite scripture Psalms 23:1-6.
