Mr. Demetrius L. McCoy, Sr.

It is with heartfelt sorrow that the management and staff of Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc. and members of the McCoy family announce the passing of Mr. Demetrius McCoy, Sr. of Darlington. Mr. McCoy exchanged time for eternity early Sunday morning, January 14, 2023 at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC following an extended illness. 

Funeral service is 11:00AM on Saturday, January 20, 2023 at Mt. Rona Baptist Church with Dr. Matthews Robinson, Officiating. 

The McCoy Family will receive family and friends on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00pm today at the Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home Inc. Chapel.
