                                          ~Life's Reflections~

“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Mr. Dante “Donnie D” Wallace was born May 2, 1985 in Florence, SC to Linda Wallace and the late Kenneth Waiters.  Dante transitioned from his earthly life and entered into eternal rest at 11:22 am on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained from an automobile accident on Society Hill Road late Friday evening.

Dante was educated in the Darlington County School System and was a former employee of Darlington Veneer Company.  His last employment was with Manheim Auto Sales as a car detailer.

Dante was reared in a Christian home and taught the ways of Christ.  He was baptized at Round O Missionary Baptist Church and attended both, Round O and Flat Creek Baptist Churches with family. At Round O, during his youth he was an usher and member of the choir.

“Donnie D” as he was affectionately called was an avid car player and found much enjoyment playing the game of Spades with family and friends. In addition, he enjoyed being the life of the party.  He loved having fun and talking much noise to all that he encountered.  “Donnie D” was known for many sayings such as “It ain’t nothing!”, “Dat did it!”, “I ain’t did it!”,”Whatcha know about dat!”, “Ya, can’t speak to ya peeps!”, and “Let me hear sunthin!” Although, “Donnie D” would talk much trash and often bark like a dog in the neighborhood, you knew he loved you and would be willing to whatever to help you.

Although, Dante’s life was cut short at the tender age of 34, we each loved him and cherish those moments we shared with him.
