It is with profound sorrow that the management and staff of Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc. and members of the Hunter family announce the passing of Mr. Charles Lee Hunter, Sr., of Columbia, SC, formerly of Darlington, SC. Mr. Hunter exchanged time for eternity on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in Columbia, SC.

Graveside funeral service and interment will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM, Hunter Cemetery, 1840 Society Hill Rd, Darlington, SC.

There will be no public viewing.
